How Does it Work?

Most of our customers can be overwhelmed by the amount of options available, and just don’t know where to start! This page will explain the process we follow, and how we can help you find the best solutions for your windows…  

The first step is simple - just ask!

We are more than happy to answer any queries or questions you may have about any of our products, and also take the time to help you through the decision-making process. Whether it is a visit to our showroom to see our samples in person, a conversation over the phone, or an ongoing email exchange we will always ensure to do our best

Here are some of our top tips for getting started…

  • Always remember that images online are NOT a true representative of how colours/ textures and even the overall products are in reality. Although they do a good job of portraying ideas and concepts, we would always encourage and recommend our customers to see products and samples in person to ensure they are happy with the result.
  • All of our products are strictly Made to Measure, so without sizes, there is no way we can give out a price. This is why it can be extremely handy to have a rough guide of the size of your space if you are looking for an estimated quote. For more information about how to measure, click here!
  • Do your research. If you can’t make in to see us in person, read up on all of the styles available to help find out which would be beneficial to you and your needs. And again, if you are ever unsure – just ask!
  • Think about what you want. A colour? A style? Anything to help us help you find your perfect match is extremely valuable! If you are trying to match to your interior, why not bring in some items to see if they match? A bit of paint on a small piece of card, a cushion cover, floor sample or even a spare tile can really help to envision what the overall look will be.
  • Plan it, and understand your timescales. Please remember we are a bespoke service, and as all of our blinds are made to measure, they are all manufactured from scratch. This results in extended lead times, to ensure that all of our products are of a high quality and standard. Unfortunately, we do not stock ready-made blinds, curtains or shutters, and we do need time to measure, manufacture and install your orders.

Following your enquiry and finding the best choice for you, we can offer a FREE survey, where one of our fitters will call to your home. This normally consists of measuring, so that we have all of the required details to give you a full accurate quote. Our fitters can also bring a selection of samples based on your needs for you to find the perfect colour choice, and see how it looks in your space. Following this your details will be brought back to us in the shop, where we can prepare your quote!

Once you are happy, and your deposit has been paid, we can process your order, and give you an estimated timescale of when it will be ready for installing. (Please remember that timescales are an estimate. We will always work our hardest to ensure these are met, however sometimes unforeseen circumstances or delays in deliveries may affect these.) Once your order is ready for fitting, we will contact you straight away to arrange an appointment for your earliest convenience. On the day of your appointment, our fitters will complete all outstanding work, and all balances are payable once the job is completed.
